Cesar Harada (French-Japanese) is based in New Orleans currently coordinating the making of the International Ocean Station, a floating laboratory to study the long term effect of the Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Cesar was recently a researcher at MIT SENSEable City Lab in Boston. He is a TED fellow and core-member of the *IHub_ in Nairobi Kenya. Cesar graduated from the Royal College of Art's Design Interactions department with the project Open_Sailing. the project won the Ars Electronica [the next idea] Voestalpine Art and Technology Grant. Cesar has been an assistant to Usman Haque and Natalie Jeremijenko, his work has been presented at the Pompidou Center, Reina Sofia Museum, CCCB Barcelona, NOM Japan, V2_ Rotterdam, Nabi Art center Korea, TED Long Beach.
